CLINIC PICK UP ORDER FORM

You can now place a food, product or medication order using our online form to the right. We order special food twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.

The cut-off time for our Monday order (i.e. for the food to arrive Monday afternoon by 5 pm) is 12 MIDNIGHT SUNDAY NIGHT. Any orders placed after this time will be placed on our Friday order.

The cut-off time for our Friday order (i.e. for the food to arrive Friday afternoon by 5 pm) is 12 MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT. Any orders placed after this time will be placed on the following Monday order.

One of our nurses will call you when your order has arrived.

If we cannot get the food you ordered (e.g. it is out of stock with our supplier) one of our nurses will call you on the provided contact number to let you know.
